Unicode® Technical 委員会
The Unicode Technical 委員会 (UTC), is responsible
for the 開発 and 維持／整備 of the
Unicode 基準, 含むing
the Unicode Character Database,
同様に as
Unicode Technical 報告（する）／憶測s and Unicode Technical
基準s. As appropriate, the UTC 解放（する）s
Updates and Errata to its
出版（物）s or takes
public positions.
会合s
The UTC 会合，会うs on a 年４回の basis (see
calendar for dates and 場所s). The 協議事項 for each 会合 is 地位，任命するd in 前進する in the
現在の UTC 文書 登録（する） and is 発表するd on the members only mailing 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）.
All UTC 決定／判定勝ち（する）s are made
in 一致 with the
Technical Group 手続きs, 支配する to 付加 制限s 始める，決める 前へ／外へ in applicable
Unicode 政策s.
十分な members of the Unicode 国際借款団／連合 have one 投票（する）.
Supporting members have half a 投票（する）. Associate, 連絡事務, and individual members (along with 招待するd 観察者／傍聴者s) also 参加する in the UTC 会合s but
do not 投票（する）.
To 追加する a topic to the UTC 会合 協議事項, members should send
their request 経由で email to the UTC 議長，司会を務めるs (see Officers below) with
"UTC 協議事項" in the 支配する line. To 服従させる／提出する 提案s or other
文書s for review, follow the
指示／教授／教育s for submitting 文書s
and also request a corresponding 協議事項 item.

Email Discussions
Outside of the formal 会合s, much of the technical work of the UTC is 行為／行うd in email discussions held on the 配当 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of Unicode members (Unicore).
Informal discussions of technical 問題／発行するs are also held on public
Unicode email 配当 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s.
