The fun of all this is 工夫するing your OWN ideas... but here are some of 地雷, just to get you started....
If you have 前提s with an always-on broadband 関係, you don't need to 支払う／賃金 for anything more to 始める，決める up a system that lets you 監視する those 前提s from anywhere on the internet.
My home's 夜盗，押し込み強盗 alarm is already 公正に／かなり sophisticated, and I have no 欠如（する） of ideas for 延長するing it. PIRs and other sensors （悪事，秘密などを）発見する 侵入者s, （悪事，秘密などを）発見する my wishes (alarm off, on downstairs only, on throughout house.) The system 支配（する）／統制するs a little bleeper that tells me things like "Yes, I noticed you want the alarm turned on", a big bell on the outside of the house that tells neighbors "夜盗，押し込み強盗" (one noise) or "解雇する／砲火／射撃" (different one). When I'm in bed, parts of the house which won't visited in the night are 監督するd, and the heating is turned 負かす／撃墜する. The heat can be turned 負かす／撃墜する when I'm out, and programmed to come on a little before any family member is 推定する／予想するd to return.
I have a large stairway with big skylights 総計費. The upper reaches of this space become very hot in the summer, even when the downstairs is still 冷静な／正味の. A fan (actuator) could be 任命する／導入するd which would "動かす" the 冷静な／正味の 空気／公表する up into the hot 空気／公表する. A simple thermostat could not 扱う this work... there are days when upstairs is 80 when downstairs is 60.. a good time for the fan to run, but other days when it is 80 upstairs and 負かす／撃墜する.. so running the fan would be pointless. Two 気温 sensors (and the fan) would do the 職業! The system could also be programmed not to run in the night, when the noise might annoy people trying to sleep. It could also be programmed to run the fan for, say, only 20 minutes in any hour, to 長引かせる it's life.
A 温室 not only needs careful 支配（する）／統制する of 気温 and light, but the 工場／植物s will 利益 if 湿度 is managed. Sensor- controlled pumps can be used to water the 工場／植物s.
Even if you don't have a 温室, you may have house-工場／植物s. How about an (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 watering 解答 for them? You can even get into hydroponics if you want to 延長する the idea a little. 利益／興味d in a simple 装置 for that? I have a whole page about an (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 工場／植物 waterer for you.
PIR (passive infra red) 動議 detectors can be 大（公）使館員d to systems to （悪事，秘密などを）発見する when people are in a space. The system could 答える／応じる by turning on lights, selecting CCTV channels... use your imagination! Have fun!
