Of course, you don't HAVE to have any badges made! The first steps you can do "now". I 推定する／予想する the 実験（する） （製品，工事材料の）一回分 of my final design any day now, i.e. before 4 July. I'd 示唆する you wait before placing your order until I'm able to 確認する that the 実験（する） （製品，工事材料の）一回分 （機の）カム 支援する looking as good as the 実験（する） （製品，工事材料の）一回分 of an earlier design which HAS arrived, and was 100% 満足な.
First: Fetch the artwork. If you are happy to "go with" my artwork, you only need to fetch "Finish-Button-17623-10-55.pdf". (The "Finish" in that filename comes from the cry of "Finish" which is part of the "curtain call cabaret". And "Button" is what some people call what I've been called "the badge".)

Next you need an account with a badge 製造者. This was my first 投機・賭ける into making badges! More by luck than design, I settled on AwesomeMerchandise.com to make my badges for me. It has been a very good experience so far, and I'm now at the point where I'm just waiting for the second of two "裁判，公判 run" orders to arrive. (The first arrived and was 100% 満足な) (I should say that AwesomeMerchandise is in the UK, and I 手配中の，お尋ね者 my badges shipped to a UK 演説（する）／住所. If you are going to Hamburg from, say, Mongolia, maybe you want to get your badges made 地元で! Or take a chance on problems with customs 通関手続き／一掃, and have your order shipped to your Hamburg hotel?)
Go along to the AwesomeMerchandise 場所／位置... you can to this NOW... and "登録（する）". (It is all very simple and ordinary.)

I "went for" the simple one, the one on the left, the 安価な one... the &続けざまに猛撃する;12 would be cost of order of 10 badges... but 20 badges costs MUCH いっそう少なく than &続けざまに猛撃する;24, 恐れる not! (Only &続けざまに猛撃する;16) (Prices as of June 2017... before 税金, by the way... it is 追加するd on later in the 過程.) They 含む basic shipping to a UK 演説（する）／住所. The 会社／堅い will ship 世界的な. A typical 詳細（に述べる）: The 会社／堅い asks you if the 演説（する）／住所 you 申し込む／申し出 is 居住の... and adjust how they ship, depending on your answer. Click on the image of the (basic) 58mm badges to proceed to the next page.
Tell them how many you want. 公式文書，認める how the price adjusts as soon as you go to the next box, where you tell AwesomeMerchandise "how many designs". (For a simple order for the Billy badges, you would be 説 "1 design". (If, say, you were doing badges for a birthday party, and 手配中の，お尋ね者 different badges for the boys and for the girls, that's 許すd, "2 designs". No extra 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金. Just a little extra work: Make and upload two designs.))
Then you click "追加する to Cart". Don't worry! You tell them what design you want, and how to ship LATER. You are NOT ordering a bunch of badges with the image on their SAMPLE badges!
Digression: If you are 供給（する）ing your own artwork, not the とじ込み／提出する 供給するd by the link その上の 負かす／撃墜する this page, DO r-t-f-m. This was only because the system remembered that last time, I'd paid for the 促進するd service (&続けざまに猛撃する;10 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 for 約束 of 5 working days between artwork 是認 and goods shipped.) Shipping for ordinary orders, to a UK 演説（する）／住所: FREE- but the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 for 促進するing goes on the 法案 as "shipping".
And, though of course it is a little worrying, leave the &続けざまに猛撃する;10 there for now... you can take it off later.
Clicked "Checkout", which brought me to the page where I told it where to send the order. (The "how" to send 選択 選択s, 含むing the "促進するd" (or not) is on the next page. ("配達／演説／出産 選択s", lower left- "Awesome FREE (ships within 8 days of artwork 是認))" or "FAST" (配達／演説／出産 within 5 days of artwork 是認.) (WORKING days, of course.))
This, a little 突然に, 開始する，打ち上げるd the "調印する in" page... but that was because I hadn't 調印するd in for a while, even though the pages I'd been on seemed to consider me 調印するd in. I entered my eddress and password, and went 権利 支援する to the place I'd been at in the ordering 過程.
And STILL it is okay that you 港／避難所't uploaded the artwork... that's still to come.
Click "Continue" again, and you arrive at the 支払い（額） page. (With a nice 思い出の品 at the 最高の，を越す: "You will be 誘発するd to upload artwork after checkout" (And a link to an explanation of why things work thus.)
Credit cards and Paypal 受託するd. (Or, if someone has been nice to you, you can use a gift 証明書!)

When your credit card has been checked, you get a nice "Thank you for shopping with us!" message, and then you start the "upload artwork" 過程, by clicking a button for that. (But 公式文書，認める your order number, which is now 陳列する，発揮するd, first. If you 位置／汚点／見つけ出す this in time. You'll get the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） in an email, anyway. Don't 攻撃する，衝突する your "支援する" button, just for the order number.)
The "upload" page 示唆するs you download a template, look at tips. You really should have done this earlier, before you created the とじ込み／提出する with your artwork! You don't need to do it now, if you are 確信して that your artwork is okay. (The とじ込み／提出する I 供給する on this page has been okay 以前... should still be okay!) Nor do you have to 服従させる／提出する your artwork in a とじ込み／提出する derived from their template.
There's no TEXT button to start the upload 過程... just an icon (shown here). Click that.
It should open up a window that lets you navigate the folders on your system, get to the とじ込み／提出する you want to upload.
In my Windows 7/ Firefox 事例／患者, the 権利 button to click once the とじ込み／提出する was selected was "Open".
This... every time... gave rise to a わずかに worrying request from my browser to "Resend", but that seemed to work 罰金.

When the upload finished, I was still on the "upload artwork" page... which makes sense. (I'll explain.)... but now there was an 入ること／参加（者） with the 指名する of the とじ込み／提出する I'd uploaded, a chance (under it) to enter and save 公式文書，認めるs, and beside it, under "Artwork preview", a gray tile with, large letters "PDF" on it. (以前 that tile had a cross on it.)
The system is telling you, "Okay, we have that one uploaded. Sorry, can't give you a preview of that とじ込み／提出する 判型.
The "Upload artwork" icon is still 現在の, in 事例／患者 you are doing a more-than-one design order.
わずかに disconcertingly, there's no "Okay/ Thanks/ Goodbye" button to click... but you ARE done, and can just の近くに the page. Not "すぐに", but, during working hours, you should get an email from "info@awesome..." 支配する "Your order no.xxx has been 認可するd"
Subsequently, when someone has had time to covert what you submitted to what their printing machines 要求する, you'll get another email. This will come from a 指名するd person, with "(Awesome..." に引き続いて the 指名する, and "*APPROVAL NEEDED*...." as the 支配する line. Keep an 注目する，もくろむ out for this email! You need to check the results of their work, and TELL THEM YOU ARE HAPPY before 製造（する） can start! (Fair enough! Just be watching for that "is this okay?" enquiry, if you are in a hurry for your badges!
And there you have it! I have already placed and had 支援する two 促進するd orders, and all went 完全に to 計画（する）. I hope you have 平等に 満足な experiences. AwesomeMerchandising made what is 現実に far from trivial very 平易な... for me. They more than earned the reasonable prices they 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d, I thought.
If you ARE stuck over something, the 会社／堅い gives you a telephone number, for if you really need it! And they were pleasant to を取り引きする in several 交流s by several channels.
Artwork: They are 有能な of/ willing to 抽出する the "obvious" circle of artwork out of the middle of a rectangular page.
Don't 推定する／予想する 奇蹟s. If you put a thin-line circle around the outside of your design, hoping that it will 占領する the 0.5mm closest to the 辛勝する／優位 of the 直面する of the badge, I think you are 推定する／予想するing too much. I had a plain 国境 around my artwork, to "包む" around the 辛勝する／優位 of the 直面する of the badge, tolerant of slight misalignments.
That's it! You only do the above, then sit 支援する, and soon finished badges arrive!
If you want to adapt my design, you are 解放する／自由な to do so. Or create your own, from scratch....
I created my design using the word 加工業者 module of Open Office. (aka LibreOffice). Not the ideal design 道具 for this 仕事... but one I could make do what I 手配中の，お尋ね者.
The に引き続いて is the Open Office/ Libre Office word 加工業者 とじ込み／提出する I used....
Click this to download Finish-Button-17623-10-55-SOURCE.odtTHAT FILE... the one with the .ods 拡張, and "SOURCE" in the 指名する... is what I created the とじ込み／提出する I sent off FROM. (If you are happy with my design, you don't need the "SOURCE" とじ込み／提出する.)
負担 the .ods とじ込み／提出する into your computer. Tweak. Once you have the design as you want it, if you are creating it as I did, you 輸出（する） it to .pdf.... be sure, in the "PDF 選択s" 対話, in the "Images" section, to choose the "loss-いっそう少なく compression" 選択.
Then you just proceed to order the badges as 述べるd at the 最高の，を越す of the page.
