The 文書s section in http://ui.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList 申し込む／申し出s some inconveniences that have to be 打ち勝つ by moving the 提案s and specifications to an area where the とじ込み／提出するs can be checked in using the cvs system.
The problems are:
Each 文書 needs an 是認 from the 事業／計画（する） owner. During the time the new or changed 文書 is not 認可するd no 接近 to the 文書 is possible.
事前の 見解／翻訳／版s of 文書s cannot be retrieved. That makes it harder to find differences and almost impossible to find out which 見解／翻訳／版 of a specification has been valid for a given milestone of the 使用／適用.
Often SourceCast (the used system for OOo web 場所／位置) has destroyed 文書s in the update 過程.

MMP brought up a discussion about the documentation area in ui.openoffice.org.
The necessity of 文書s to be 受託するd by the 事業／計画（する） owner leads to problems in the specification of features. When the 事業／計画（する） owner is not reachable the 文書 cannot be published. 事前の 見解／翻訳／版s of a specification are also not accessible between the upload and the 受託 of the new 見解／翻訳／版.
To 打ち勝つ this the 提案s and specifications will be moved so that they can be checked in using cvs 接近.
