The most important 問題／発行する 支配するing the "discuss" mailing 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） has unquestionably been the 審議 over the "internationalization" of OpenOffice.org; it is also the 支配する of this week's Open 見解（をとる）s column. The 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, "internationalization," does not mean here that OpenOffice.org should be international in its composition. It already is, with most of the developers 位置を示すd in Germany and support staff in the San Francisco Bay Area and Ireland.
