The First Japanese Open Source 会議／協議会
On September 4th, 10:00-17:00, Open Source 会議／協議会 2004 was held at the No.7 building of Japan Electronics College (http://www.jec.ac.jp/en/索引.html) in Tokyo, Japan. The 8-床に打ち倒す building was 十分な of open source people all day on the Saturday.
Twenty-six open-source communities …に出席するd the 会議／協議会 and 展示（する）d the open-source ソフトウェアs and 道具s they love to use and play with, such as Fedora, Firebird, Jabber, OpenOffice.org, Plamo Linux, Plone, Squeak, Xoops, Apache, MySQL, NetBSD, PHP, PostgreSQL, Ruby, Samba, vi, Webmin, Zope, Mozilla and so on.
The 会議／協議会 was jammed as a total of 概略で 1,500 people visited. The 2nd 床に打ち倒す was the 展示 床に打ち倒す where the OpenOffice.org Japan 使用者s Group (whose 核心 is the Japanese Native-lang 事業／計画（する）) also 分配するd about 200 Japanese OOo CD-ROMs.
Hideya Kawahara was 招待するd as a 基本方針 （衆議院の）議長 for a morning 開会／開廷／会期 of the 会議／協議会. He is a 上級の Staff Geek, 事業／計画（する） Looking Glass, 前進するd 開発 Group, Sun Microsystems, as read on his 指名する card. The マスコミ calls him an "Ichiro (baseball player of the Seattle 水夫s)" in the IT 産業. His demonstration of the 3D desktop system with the Looking Glass fascinated the audiences packed in the main 跡をつける room. He 強調するd the importance of world-wide community 開発 and said that the 現在の 焦点（を合わせる） is the Japanese community. He called, "Go get it! You are 招待するd!" to the community (http://lg3d.dev.java.逮捕する, http://www.sun.com/ソフトウェア/事業／計画（する）-looking-glass).
In the afternoon there were more than 30 開会／開廷／会期s separated into several 跡をつけるs for each 床に打ち倒す. In the main 跡をつける they had 3 開会／開廷／会期s; "open-source and 農業," "open-source 商売／仕事 (パネル盤 discussion)" and "Nature of Community and its 未来 (パネル盤 discussion)." Other 跡をつけるs 含むd Community, Server, DataBase, Web, Plone, Desktop and 手渡すs-on. One of the 開会／開廷／会期s in the 手渡すs-on 跡をつける was on "OpenOffice.org DataSource 機能（する）／行事 - Challenging Microsoft Office+接近." Computers were 始める，決める on every desk in the 手渡すs-on 跡をつける room. Masahisa Kamataki from the OpenOffice.org Japan 使用者s Group used Knoppix+OpenOffice.org and showed 25 attendees how to create （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs, how to use DataSource, how to print labels and so on with dBASE. A 開会／開廷／会期 "Marketing OpenOffice.org in Japan" in the Desktop 跡をつける was 行為／行うd by Yutaka Kachi, the marketing lead of the Japanese Native-lang 事業／計画（する）.
Two hundred open-source people from さまざまな communities, who worked for the 会議／協議会 very hard, gathered at a party in the main 跡をつける room after the 会議／協議会. At the party the 組織者 Toru Miyahara, Begi.逮捕する Co. 大統領，／社長, 発表するd that he will 組織する OSPN (open-source People 網状組織) which will support open-source people and 持つ／拘留する open-source 会議／協議会s. His 計画（する） is to have a 一連の open-source 会議／協議会 2005 in Hokkaido, Tokyo, Osaka and Okinawa next year.
