The SAX parser may 報告（する）／憶測 these events in any order, 関わりなく the
order in which the notations and unparsed （独立の）存在s were 宣言するd; however,
all DTD events must be 報告（する）／憶測d after the 文書 handler's
startDocument event, and before the first startElement
event. It is up to the 使用／適用 to 蓄える／店 the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） for 未来
use (perhaps in a hash （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or 反対する tree). If the 使用／適用 遭遇（する）s
せいにするs of type "NOTATION", "ENTITY", or "ENTITIES", it can use the
（警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） that it 得るd through this interface to find the （独立の）存在
and/or notation that corresponds with the せいにする value.
