Description: a コンテナ for the せいにするs of an xml element.
せいにするs are separated into known せいにするs and unknown せいにするs.; Known せいにするs have a 地元の指名する that is known to the 登録（する）d at the XFastParser which created the sax event 含む／封じ込めるing this せいにするs. If an せいにする also has a namespace, that must be 登録（する）d at the XFastParser, else this せいにする is also unknown even if the 地元の指名する is known.

Parameter 記念品: 含む／封じ込めるs the integer 記念品 from the XFastTokenHandler 登録（する）d at the XFastParser.
If the せいにする指名する has a namespace that was 登録（する）d with the XFastParser, 記念品含む／封じ込めるs the integer 記念品 of the せいにするs 地元の指名する from the XFastTokenHandler and the integer 記念品 of the namespace 連合させるd with an arithmetic or 操作／手術.
Returns: true, if the せいにする is 利用できる

getValueToken

raises(	SAXException );

Description: retrieves the 記念品 of an せいにするs value.
Parameter 記念品: 含む／封じ込めるs the integer 記念品 from the XFastTokenHandler 登録（する）d at the XFastParser.
If the せいにする指名する has a namespace that was 登録（する）d with the XFastParser, 記念品含む／封じ込めるs the integer 記念品 of the せいにするs 地元の指名する from the XFastTokenHandler and the integer 記念品 of the namespace 連合させるd with an arithmetic or 操作／手術.
Returns: The integer 記念品 of the value from the せいにする or FastToken::無効の
