prepareCommand	creates a ::com::sun::À±¡¿¼çÌò¤Ë¤¹¤ë::sdbc::PreparedStatement È¿ÂФ¹¤ë for sending parameterized SQL À¼ÌÀs to the database.

prepareCommand ::com::sun::À±¡¿¼çÌò¤Ë¤¹¤ë::sdbc::XPreparedStatement prepareCommand( [in] string  Ì¿Îá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë, [in] long  commandType ) raises( ::com::sun::À±¡¿¼çÌò¤Ë¤¹¤ë::sdbc::SQLException ); Description creates a ::com::sun::À±¡¿¼çÌò¤Ë¤¹¤ë::sdbc::PreparedStatement È¿ÂФ¹¤ë for sending parameterized SQL À¼ÌÀs to the database. A SQL À¼ÌÀ with or without IN parameters can be pre-¼ý½¸¤¹¤ëd and Ãߤ¨¤ë¡¿Å¹d in a PreparedStatement È¿ÂФ¹¤ë. This È¿ÂФ¹¤ë can then be used to efficiently ¿ë¹Ô¤¹¤ë¡¿È¯¸ú¤µ¤»¤ë this À¼ÌÀ ¿½Å¤Î times. Parameter Ì¿Îá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë the Ì¿Îá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë to be ÍÑ°Õ¤¬½ÐÍè¤Æ¤¤¤ë. Any SQL À¼ÌÀ.
