The service CoordinateSystemType 代表するs a special type of 調整する system.
For example a 2 dimensional cartesian 調整する system is a CoordinateSystemType
and different from for example a 3 dimensional spherical 調整する system.
A CoordinateSystemType is a stateless service which has no owner and does not
enable cyclic 言及／関連s, thus it's lifetime can be 扱うd by 言及／関連 or it
may be 器具／実施するd as a singleton.
