If an 反対する is returned, the behaviour of its
XUriReference methods must
反映する the fact that the 反対する 代表するs an 絶対の URI 言及／関連
with the given 計画／陰謀 and 計画／陰謀-明確な／細部 part, and without a fragment
part.
Parameter 計画／陰謀
the textual 代表 of the 計画／陰謀 part (without the delimiting
“:”).
Parameter uriReference
the textual 代表 of the 計画／陰謀-明確な／細部 part.
Returns
an 反対する that supports
XUriReference (and かもしれない also
付加, 計画／陰謀-明確な／細部 interfaces), if the given input can be parsed
into an 絶対の URI; さもなければ, NULL is returned.
