For parsing 絶対の URI 言及／関連s, this service tries to use a
計画／陰謀-明確な／細部 parser. Such a 計画／陰謀-明確な／細部 parser will typically 施行する
付加 制限s during parsing, and will typically return 反対するs
that support extra, 計画／陰謀-明確な／細部 interfaces in 新規加入 to
XUriReference. If no such parser
is 設立する, and for 親族 URI 言及／関連s, a generic parser is used, which
returns 反対するs that only support
XUriReference.

Latin captial letters
“A”–“Z”, Latin small
letters “a”–“z”,
digits “0”–“9”,
“+”, “-”, and
“.”. A 計画／陰謀 s is transformed into
a string s′ character-by-character, by translating
Lating 資本／首都 letters to their small 相当するものs, translating
“+” to “PLUS”,
“-” to “HYPHEN”,
“.” to “DOT”, and copying
Latin small letters and digits 不変の. If the 構成要素 状況 used
while creating this UriReferenceFactory instance 申し込む／申し出s a
service 経営者／支配人, and there is a service 利用できる at that service 経営者／支配人
whose 指名する is the concatenation of
“com.sun.星／主役にする.uri.UriSchemeParser_” and
s′, then that service is used. It is an error if that
service does not support
XUriSchemeParser.
