This call needs careful usage as data loss can occur. If the
実施 has 修正するd data and a new 貯蔵 is 始める，決める the
実施 is not 許すd to 令状 支援する the data to the old
貯蔵. This must be done explicitly with 蓄える／店.
In general a 使用者 interface configuration 経営者／支配人 instance is
created and initialize by the 文書 model or the module 使用者
interface configuration 供給者. 普通は there is no need to
始める，決める a 貯蔵 for a 使用者 interface configuration 経営者／支配人. If a
copy of the configuration data to another 貯蔵 should be made,
use storeToStorage.
