This interface gives 接近 to the 構造上の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） of a
tab page:
役割: The 役割 of a tab page is AccessibleRole::PAGE_TAB.
指名する: The 指名する of a tab page is the localized tab page text.
Description: The description of a tab page is its localized
help text.
Children: The child of a tab page is a パネル盤.
Parent: The parent of a tab page is the tab 支配（する）／統制する,
whose accessible 状況 supports the service
AccessibleTabControl.
Relations: There are no relations.
明言する／公表するs: The 明言する／公表するs supported by this service are
AccessibleStateType::DEFUNC
is 始める，決める if the 反対する has already been 性質の／したい気がして
and その後の calls to this 反対する result in
::com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::DisposedException
exceptions.
AccessibleStateType::ENABLED is 始める，決める
if the 反対する is enabled.
AccessibleStateType::FOCUSABLE is always 始める，決める.
