This interface gives 接近 to the 構造上の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） of a
tabbar:
役割: The 役割 of a tabbar is AccessibleRole::PANEL.
指名する: There is no 指名する.
Description: The description of a tabbar is its localized
help text.
Children: The children of a tabbar are tabbar buttons,
the tabbar sizer and the tabbar page 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）,
whose accessible 状況 supports the service
AccessibleTabBarPageList.
Parent: The parent is the window that 含む／封じ込めるs the
tabbar.
Relations: There are no relations.
明言する／公表するs: The 明言する／公表するs supported by this service are
AccessibleStateType::DEFUNC
is 始める，決める if the 反対する has already been 性質の／したい気がして
and その後の calls to this 反対する result in
::com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::DisposedException
exceptions.
AccessibleStateType::ENABLED is 始める，決める
if the 反対する is enabled.
AccessibleStateType::FOCUSABLE is always 始める，決める.

if the 反対する 現在／一般に has the keyboard 焦点（を合わせる）.
