	[in] boolean	bNoTempCopy );

Description: is used to initialize the 反対する on it's 創造.
Parameter xInputStream: [in] the InputStream that 含む／封じ込めるs data in OLE 貯蔵判型.
Parameter bNoTempCopy: [in] 明示するs whether a 一時的な copy should be created during substreams 開始. If the copy is not created the 貯蔵 must stay alive while the opened substreams are used.
