with the form 層, as long as the form is not in design 方式.
Returns
the requested form 監査役, or NULL if the 見解（をとる）'s
form 層 is 現在／一般に in design 方式. 公式文書，認める that the returned
instance becomes 非，不，無-機能の as soon as the form 層 is switched
to design 方式.
