A PCP Folder can create other PCP Folders and PCP Streams. To create
a new child of a PCP Folder:
Let the parent folder create a new content by calling
XContentCreator::createNewContent on it. The content
type to use for new folders is "使用／適用/vnd.sun.星／主役にする.pkg-folder".
To create a new PCP Stream, use the type
"使用／適用/vnd.sun.星／主役にする.pkg-stream".
始める，決める a 肩書を与える at the new folder / stream. ( Let the new child 遂行する／発効させる
the 命令（する） "setPropertyValues", which 始める，決めるs at least the 所有物／資産／財産
"肩書を与える" to a 非，不，無-empty value ).
Let the new child ( not the parent! ) 遂行する／発効させる the 命令（する） "挿入する".
This will commit the 創造 過程. For streams, you need to 供給（する）
the 実施 of an
::com::sun::星／主役にする::io::XInputStream with the 命令（する）'s
parameters, that 供給するs 接近 to the stream data.
Another, more convenient way for creating streams is 簡単に to 組み立てる／集結する
the URL for the new content ( last part of the path will become the
肩書を与える of the new stream ) and to 得る a Content 反対する for that URL
from the UCB. Then let the content 遂行する／発効させる the 命令（する） "挿入する". The
命令（する） will fail, if you 始める，決める the 命令（する）'s parameter
InsertCommandArgument::ReplaceExisting"
to 誤った and there is already a stream with the 肩書を与える given by the
content's URL.
