The values must not 侵害する／違反する the relation 0 <= 最小限 <= Preferred <= 最大限.
Parameter 最小限
無 or 肯定的な. The value itself is 含むd in the valid
範囲.
Parameter 最大限
A value larger than or equal to 最小限.
The special value -1 means that there is no upper bound. Every value larger than or
equal to 最小限 is valid.
