The area's extent is equal to the 文書 size. If you want to 接近所有物／資産／財産s of the background area of a 選び出す／独身 diagram (the part where data points are 現実に plotted in), you have to get its 塀で囲む. You can get the 塀で囲む by calling XDiagram::getWall.
