Description

create a blank RDF node.

Be careful! With this 建設者 you can create a node that 偽名，通称s another node that already 存在するs in some repository. That may or may not be what you want. If you want to create a new blank node that is 保証（人）d to be unique, use XRepository::createBlankNode instead.

Parameter NodeID

the ID for the blank node.

Throws

com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException if the argument does not 代表する a valid blank node ID
