raises(	NoMailTransportProviderException, ::com::sun::星／主役にする::uno::Exception );

Description: 創造 method.
Parameter sServerName: [in] the 十分な qualified domain 指名する of the mail server.
Throws: com::sun::星／主役にする::mail::NoMailTransportProviderException if an appropriate provider for sending mail messages could not be 設立する or could not be created.
Throws: com::sun::星／主役にする::uno::Exception on any other error which 妨げるs the construction of an instance of this service.
