代表するs an URI node that may occur in a RDF graph.

公式文書，認める that this is 現実に an IRI, but the RDF literature speaks of URIs only, so we chose to use 設立するd terminology.

The URI is 分裂（する） into a Namespace and a LocalName, using the first applicable of the に引き続いて基準:

after the first occurrence of the fragment separator: "#"
after the last occurrence of the path separator: "/"
after the last occurrence of the 計画／陰謀 separator: ":"

An URI without a ":" is 無効の. This 暗示するs that the Namespace part of an URI must not be empty, while the LocalName part may be empty.
