This interface is used to encode an 独断的な String into a
escaped form.
The escaped form is chosen to be suitable for use with other interfaces
of the 反対する or service 供給するing this interface.
Any characters or character sequences that are not 両立できる with
any 指名するing 支配するs or 制限s must be 取って代わるd by an escaped form,
that 従うs to these 支配するs.
The 変形 should 保存する all traits of the string that are
一般に 尊敬（する）・点d by the service. For example, the 事例／患者 of a string
may be lost after encoding and then decoding, if the service
一般に is 事例／患者 insensitive.
Other than that the encoding is one-to-one and can be 逆転するd. The
encoding should try to 保存する as much as possible of the 初めの
string, to keep human-readable input human-friendly where possible.
Strings that already 適合する to the 指名するing 条約s should be left
不変の or minimally 修正するd.
