Description: Returns a 選び出す／独身独房 within the 範囲.
Parameter nColumn: is the column 索引 of the 独房 inside the 範囲.
Parameter nRow: is the 列／漕ぐ／騒動索引 of the 独房 inside the 範囲.
Returns: the 明示するd 独房.
Throws: ::com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IndexOutOfBoundsException if an 索引 is outside the dimensions of this 範囲.

Description: Returns a sub-範囲 of 独房s within the 範囲.; The sub-範囲 is 明示するd by its 指名する. The 判型 of the 範囲指名する is 扶養家族 of the 状況 of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. In spreadsheets valid 指名するs may be "A1:C5" or "$B$2" or even defined 指名するs for 独房範囲s such as "MySpecialCell".
Parameter aRange: the 指名する of the sub-範囲.
Returns: the 明示するd 独房範囲.
