Description: creates an URI RDF node.
Parameter Value: the URI, 代表するd as string.
Throws: com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException if the argument does not 代表する a valid URI

createNS(	[in] string	Namespace,
	[in] string	LocalName )
raises(	::com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException );

Description: creates an URI RDF node from namespace prefix and 地元の指名する.
Parameter Namespace: the namespace prefix of the URI, 代表するd as string.
Parameter LocalName: the 地元の指名する of the URI, 代表するd as string.
Throws: com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException if the arguments do not 代表する a valid URI

createKnown


createKnown(	[in] short	Id )
raises(	::com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException );

Description: creates an URI RDF node for a 井戸／弁護士席-known URI.
Parameter Id: the URI, 代表するd as a constant from URIs.
Throws: com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException if the argument is not a valid constant from URIs
