Description: Interfaces for Mozilla 統合，差別撤廃.

Services
MenuProxy	許すs to 遂行する／発効させる派遣（する） for a menu item and 扱うs listeners for changes in menu items.
MenuProxyListener	Listens for changes in menu items.
