Groups are static collections within the 階層制度.
The number and 指名するs of 含む／封じ込めるd elements are 直す／買収する，八百長をするd in 前進する
and each child may have a different type.
This service subsumes two 補欠／交替の／交替する ways of 接近ing child and descendent
elements. These 堅固に overlap, supporting the basic 身元
xGroup.getPropertyValue( aName ) == xGroup.getByName( aName ).

If an 実施 is part of a read-only 見解（をとる） of the 階層制度,

PropertyAttribute::READONLY 始める，決める,
