Description: special interface to support sub-toolbars in a 監査役実施.; This interface is 普通は used to 器具／実施する the toolbar button/sub- toolbar 機能（する）／行事 feature. It 交流s the 機能（する）／行事 of the toolbar button, that opened the sub-toolbar, with the one that has been selected on the sub-toolbar.

A toolbar 実施 will ask sub-toolbar 監査役s to update their image whenever it has to update the images of all its buttons.
