isRowSelected

isRowSelected(	[in] long	RowIndex );

Description: Returns whether a 明確な／細部列／漕ぐ／騒動 is selected.
Parameter RowIndex: the 索引 of a 列／漕ぐ／騒動. If the value does not denote a valid 列／漕ぐ／騒動索引, i.e. is smaller than 0 or greater than the number of 列／漕ぐ／騒動s, this is silently ignored, and 誤った is returned.
Returns: true if and only if there is a 列／漕ぐ／騒動 with the given 索引, and it is selected 現在／一般に.
