Description: checks if a word is （一定の）期間d 正確に in a given language.
Returns: true if the word is （一定の）期間d 正確に using the 明示するd language, 誤った さもなければ.
Parameter aWord: the word to be checked.
Parameter aLocale: the 地元の (language) to be used. If the 地元の is empty, the word is （一定の）期間d 正確に by 鮮明度／定義.
If aLocale is not supported an IllegalArgumentException exception is raised.
Parameter aProperties: 供給するs 所有物／資産／財産 values to be used for this 機能（する）／行事 call only. It is usually empty ーするために use the default values 供給（する）d with the 所有物／資産／財産始める，決める.

Description: This method checks if a word is （一定の）期間d 正確に in a given language.
Returns: NULL if aWord is （一定の）期間d 正確に using aLocale. さもなければ, an XSpellAlternatives 反対する with （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about the 推論する／理由 of 失敗 and, if 利用できる, 提案s for （一定の）期間ing 代案／選択肢s will be returned.
Parameter aWord: the word to be checked.
Parameter aLocale: the language to be used.
If the language is not supported an IllegalArgumentException exception is raised.
