Gives （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about a word's possible hyphenation points.
Example: In German pre-（一定の）期間ing-改革（する） you may have the に引き続いて:
getWord: Dampfschiffahrt
getPossibleHyphens: Dampf=schiff=fahrt
getOrigHyphensPositions: 4, 9
That is "Dampfschiffahrt" can be hyphenated after the "pf" (4) and
between the 二塁打 "ff" (9). And if you are going to hyphenate it at
position 9 you will get an 付加 "f" before the hyphen
character.
a string 描写するing the word with all hyphen positions
which are 代表するd by '=' characters.
If there are any 代案／選択肢 spellings, the word will be altered
accordingly.
an 上がるing sequence of numbers where each number is an 相殺する
within the 初めの word which denotes a hyphenation
position corresponding to one of the hyphens in the
string returned by
XPossibleHyphens::getPossibleHyphens.
