Parameter aURL

is not defined.
いつかs it can be usefull to show an URL on an 使用者 interface
in a more "human readable" form. Such URL can't be used on any API
call, but make it easier for the 使用者 to understand it.
Parameter aURL
URL in structured form which should be shown at the UI
Parameter bWithPassword
明示するs whether the password will be 含むd in the encoding
or not. Usually passwords should never be shown at the 使用者
interface.
Returns
a string 代表するing the aURL if it is syntactically 訂正する. A empty string if aURL
is not syntactically 訂正する.
