This interface is optional, since a binding may not support
活発に 通知するing changes in it's value. 公式文書，認める, however, that in 事例／患者
this interface is not supported, the bound 構成要素 cannot 反応する
on value changes, and will thus 無視／無効 any values which are
始める，決める by an instance other than itself.
An ValueBinding may be known to one 鉱石 more 構成要素s
supporting the XBindableValue interface, which all work with
this binding. However, they will not own the ValueBinding.
The 所有権 is with another instance, which may also decide to obsolete
the ValueBinding for whatever 推論する／理由s (e.g. because the data model
which the binding 反映するd died). For this 推論する／理由, a ValueBinding
must 申し込む／申し出 a 可能性 to be obsoleted by it's owner, and to 通知する this
obsoletion to other 利益／興味d parties, such as XBindableValues.
決定するs the relevance of the value 代表するd by the binding
In a more コンビナート／複合体 シナリオ, where different form 支配（する）／統制するs are bound to different
values, which all are part of a larger data structure, some of the items in this
data structure may not be 関連した 現在／一般に. This is 示すd by the
関連した 所有物／資産／財産 存在 誤った.
XBindableValues which are bound to this binding may or may not
反応する in 確かな ways on the (ir)relevance of their bound value.
One possible reaction could be that 使用者 interface elements which are associated
with the XBindableValue are 無能にするd as long as 関連した
is 誤った.
