If the structure 代表するs a valid URL or not depends on 事前の usage of
the 機能（する）／行事s of XURLTransformer. Only after one of the 機能（する）／行事s
returned true this can be assumed.
It is not necessary to 始める，決める all of the fields; either 完全にする
or (some of) the others are 始める，決める. Additionally, most of the other
fields, like Host, Port,
使用者, Password,
or 示す, are optional.
含む／封じ込めるs the string 代表 of the 完全にする URL, for example,
http://www.sun.de:8080/pub/実験（する）/foo.txt?a=b#xyz
It is used as a central input/生産（高） or input parameter for the interfaces of
XURLTransformer. The usage of one of the XURLTransformer
機能（する）／行事 is 義務的な to 実証する the URL. It cannot be assumed that
URL::完全にする 代表するs always a valid URL!
含む／封じ込めるs the last segment of the hierarchical path of the URL, for the above example, "foo.txt"
Attention:A service 器具／実施するing the XURLTransformer interface
will 普通は not （悪事，秘密などを）発見する if the last segment is a folder or a とじ込み／提出する. So it is possible that
the last segment 述べるs a folder. If you want to be sure that a とじ込み／提出する URL that 言及／関連s
a folder will be 正確に put into the URL fields you should append a '/' at the end of the
hierarchical path.
