Hiragana to Katakana.
It is derived from
XTransliteration and 供給するs
付加 functionality for character to character and
string to string without 相殺する parameter transliteration. These
should be used for 業績／成果 推論する／理由 if their 十分な-blown
相当するものs aren't neded.
If the 生産（高） 含む／封じ込めるs 多重の characters, for example when
transliterating German sharp 's' (the one that looks like a
Greek Beta) to upper 事例／患者 "SS", MultipleCharsOutputException
