Returns a string (number or 指名する to 陳列する，発揮する) matching the
given code constant.
公式文書，認める that the string returned depends 完全に on the
地元の's calendar. It is not predictable if the string will be
numeric or a 指名する, or if in 事例／患者 it retuns a numeric string
how many digits that will have. For example, a short year
陳列する，発揮する string will 普通は be two digits with a Gregorian
calendar, but with a ユダヤ人の calendar it will have three
digits.

This argument 指定するs the basic transliteration 方式 as
if 明示するd for the year 代表. However, depending
on the 地元の, different 転換s for year and month, for
example, may be chosen internally. This is beyond the 使用者's
支配（する）／統制する and depends on 地元の 明確な／細部 条約s of how a
date is 組み立てる／集結するd.
