Description: makes it possible to move a cursor up/負かす／撃墜する/left/権利 within laid out text.

Parameter nCount: 明示するs the number of lines to go 負かす／撃墜する.
Parameter bExpand: 決定するs whether the text 範囲 of the cursor is 拡大するd (true) or the cursor will be just at the new position after the move (誤った).
Returns: true if the cursor was moved, or 誤った if it was already in the 底（に届く）列／漕ぐ／騒動.

goUp

Description: moves the cursor the 明示するd number of lines up.
Parameter nCount: 明示するs the number of lines to go up.
Parameter bExpand: 決定するs whether the text 範囲 of the cursor is 拡大するd (true)
