Description: is the 多数伝達媒体を用いる stream 扱うing interface. This 許すs to 成し遂げる every basic 操作／手術 on ビデオs and sounds.

Methods' 要約
start	starts reading the stream from the 現在の position.
stop	stops reading the stream and leave the cursor at its 現在の position.
isPlaying	示すs whether the stream is played or not.
getDuration	gets the stream length
setMediaTime	始める，決めるs the new cursor position in the マスコミ stream. After using this method the stream is stopped.

setStopTime	始める，決めるs the time at which to stop reading the stream.
