A 資源 id uses a 始める，決める of URLs to unambiguously 明示する a 資源 of
the 製図／抽選 枠組み.
資源s of the 製図／抽選 枠組み are panes, 見解（をとる）s, 道具 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s, and
命令（する） groups. One URL 述べるs the type of the actual 資源. A
sequence of URLs (typically one, いつかs two) 明示するs its 錨，総合司会者,
the 資源 it is bound to. The 錨，総合司会者 typically is a pane (for
見解（をとる）s), or it is empty (for panes).
The 資源 URL may be empty. In this 事例／患者 the 錨，総合司会者 is empty,
too. Such an empty 資源 id does not 述べる a 資源 but rather
the absence of one. Instead of an empty XResourceId 反対する
an empty 言及／関連 can be used in many places.
The 資源 URL may have arguments that are passed to the factory
method on its 創造. Arguments are only 利用できる through the
getFullResourceURL(). The getResourceURL() method （土地などの）細長い一片s them away.
