Parameter aProcessId
The argument aProcessId is a 過程 identifier of the 報知係's 過程.
The interface 実施 must 確実にする that the system data 反対する can be
used in that 過程. If the data 反対する is not valid in the 報知係 過程
then the returned any must be empty.
