明示するs a 使用者 interface element factory that can create and initialize
使用者 interface elements.
使用者 interface element factories must be 登録（する）d at a
UIElementFactoryManager service to 供給する 接近 to itself.

Parameter ResourceURL
明示するs which unique 使用者 interface element should be created

Parameter Args

configuration 経営者／支配人. This argument is 義務的な to
have a working configurable 使用者 interface element instance.
ParentWindow
明示するs a parent window to use for the window(s) 代表するing
the UI element. Depending on the 固める／コンクリート UI element type, this parameter
might be 要求するd or ignored by an 実施.
執拗な 明示するs if changes to a configurable
使用者 interface element should be 執拗な. This is an
optional argument. The default value is true.
An 実施 is responsible to initialize every newly created 使用者
interface element if the necessary 所有物／資産／財産s are 供給するd. 特に
it must connect a configurable 使用者 interface element to the 訂正する 使用者
interface configuration 経営者／支配人. Without this 関係 the configurable
使用者 interface element cannot retrieve its structure data and changes to
the 使用者 interface element structure won't be 執拗な. It is up to the

::com::sun::星／主役にする::lang::IllegalArgumentException
if it cannot create a 使用者 interface element with the 供給するd arguments.
