Returns: the 指名する of the 独房範囲 that is selected by this cursor.
The 指名する is the 独房指名する of the 最高の，を越す left （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する独房 of the 範囲 contatenated by ':' with the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する独房指名する of the 底（に届く） left （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する独房 of the 独房範囲. If the 範囲 consists of one （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する独房 only then the 指名する of that （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する独房 is returned.

Parameter nCount: 明示するs the number of new 独房s that will be created for each 独房含む／封じ込めるd in the 範囲.
Parameter bHorizontal: true if the 範囲 should be 分裂（する） vertically. さもなければ it will be 分裂（する） horizontally.
