(Uniform 資源 Identifier, see RFC 2396). This string
is 要求するd. If a content provider '器具／実施するs' some
existent URI 計画／陰謀 (e.g., a content provider 申し込む／申し出ing
接近 to a とじ込み／提出する system would 器具／実施する the 'とじ込み／提出する' 計画／陰謀,
and a content provider 申し込む／申し出ing 接近 to IMAP servers
would 器具／実施する the 'imap' 計画／陰謀), the content identifier
strings should use that 計画／陰謀. If on the other 手渡す a
content provider 申し込む／申し出s 接近 to content for which no
appropriate URI 計画／陰謀 存在するs, a vendor-明確な／細部 URL 計画／陰謀
starting with 'vnd.' must be created (see the Internet 草案
草案-king-vnd-urlscheme-00.txt).
This string will be calculated from the content identifier string
and must be lower-事例／患者d(!). It is the '計画／陰謀' the content provider is
登録（する）d for. In example, a provider for FTP contents will use
ftp-URL's as content identifiers. The content provider 計画／陰謀 for all
contents 供給するd by that provider will be "ftp".
