- A URI 言及/関連 is a URI 加える an optional <"#" fragment> part. pBaseUriRef An 絶対の, hierarchical URI 言及/関連 that serves as the base URI. If it has to be 検査/視察するd (i.e., pRelUriRef is not an 絶対の URI already), and if it either is not an 絶対の URI (i.e., does not begin with a
part) or has a path that is 非,不,無-empty but does not start with "/", an exception will be signaled. pRelUriRef An URI 言及/関連 that may be either 絶対の or 親族. If it is 絶対の, it will be returned unmodified (and it need not be hierarchical then).
pResult Returns an 絶対の URI 言及/関連. Must itself not be null, and must point to either null or a valid string. If an exception is signalled, it is left 不変の.
pException Returns an explanatory message in 事例/患者 an exception is signalled. Must itself not be null, and must point to either null or a valid string. If no exception is signalled, it is left 不変の.
