Description
This 公共事業（料金）／有用性 陳列する，発揮するs the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of all 使用／適用s that are 負担d automatically when Windows starts up.
For each 使用／適用, the に引き続いて （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） is 陳列する，発揮するd: Startup Type (Registry/Startup Folder), 命令（する）-Line String, 製品 指名する, とじ込み／提出する 見解／翻訳／版, Company 指名する,
場所 in the Registry or とじ込み／提出する system, and more.
It 許すs you to easily 無能にする or 削除する unwanted programs that run in your Windows startup.
You can use it on your 現在／一般に running instance of Windows, 同様に as you can use it on 外部の instance of Windows in
another 運動.
WhatInStartup also supports a special "永久の 無能にするing" feature - If a program that you 以前 無能にするd
追加するd itself again to the startup 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of Windows, WhatInStartup will automatically （悪事，秘密などを）発見する the change and 無能にする it again.

Using WhatInStartup
WhatInStartup doesn't 要求する any 取り付け・設備 過程 or 付加 dll とじ込み／提出するs.
ーするために start using it,
簡単に copy the executable とじ込み／提出する (WhatInStartup.exe) info any folder you like, and run it.
After running it, the main window of WhatInStartup 陳列する，発揮するs the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of all programs that are 負担d at Windows startup.
You can select one or more items, and then 無能にする them (F7), enable them 支援する after 以前 無能にするd (F8), 削除する them (Ctrl+削除する),
or save them into text/csv/html/xml とじ込み／提出する (Ctrl+S).
永久の 無能にするing
永久の 無能にするing is a special feature of WhatInStartup that 許すs you to 永久的に 施行する the 無能にするing of programs in Windows startup.
Many programs 追加する themselves into the Windows startup 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） without even asking you, and even if you 無能にする or 削除する them,
these programs 追加する themselves again in the next time that you use them.
While WhatInStartup is running, it 監視するs the startup 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s in the Registry and in the とじ込み／提出する system.
If a 無能にするd program 追加するd itself again into the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）, WhatInStartup （悪事，秘密などを）発見する the change and automatically 無能にする it again.
This means that as long as WhatInStartup is running, the programs that you 無能にするd won't return 支援する to Windows startup.
If you don't want that WhatInStartup will run in the background, you can use the /pdisable 命令（する）-line 選択:
When you run WhatInStartup.exe with /pdisable parameter, it'll check all startup items that you 以前 無能にするd, and
if it finds 以前 無能にするd items that are now enabled, it'll automatically 無能にする them again for you, without 陳列する，発揮するing
any 使用者 interface.
Using WhatInStartup On 外部の 運動
If you have an operating system with booting problems, you can use WhatInStartup to 無能にする/削除する unwanted startup programs on another instance of Windows.
ーするために use this feature, go to 選択s->前進するd 選択s, choose the "負担 the startup items from 外部の instance of Windows" 選択 and
type the 権利 Windows directory and profiles folder.

This 命令（する）-line 選択 can be used with other save 選択s for sorting by the 願望（する）d column.
If you don't 明示する this 選択, the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is sorted によれば the last sort that you made from the 使用者 interface.
The <column> parameter can 明示する the column 索引 (0 for the first column, 1 for the second column, and so on) or
the 指名する of the column, like "Type" and "命令（する） Line".
You can 明示する the '~' prefix character (e.g: "~命令（する） Line") if you want to sort in descending order.
You can put 多重の /sort in the 命令（する）-line if you want to sort by 多重の columns.

Translating WhatInStartup to other languages
ーするために translate WhatInStartup to other language, follow the 指示／教授／教育s below:
- Run WhatInStartup with /savelangfile parameter:
WhatInStartup.exe /savelangfile
A とじ込み／提出する 指名するd WhatInStartup_lng.ini will be created in the folder of WhatInStartup 公共事業（料金）／有用性.
- Open the created language とじ込み／提出する in Notepad or in any other text editor.
- Translate all string 入ること／参加（者）s to the 願望（する）d language.
Optionally, you can also 追加する your 指名する and/or a link to your Web 場所／位置.
(TranslatorName and TranslatorURL values) If you 追加する this （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, it'll be
used in the 'About' window.
- After you finish the translation, Run WhatInStartup, and all translated
strings will be 負担d from the language とじ込み／提出する.
If you want to run WhatInStartup without the translation, 簡単に 改名する the language とじ込み／提出する, or move
it to another folder.
License
This 公共事業（料金）／有用性 is 解放（する）d as freeware.
You are 許すd to 自由に 分配する this 公共事業（料金）／有用性 経由で floppy disk, CD-ROM,
Internet, or in any other way, as long as you don't 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 anything for this.
