Description
OutlookAttachView ざっと目を通すs all messages 蓄える／店d in your 見通し, and 陳列する，発揮するs the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of all 大（公）使館員d とじ込み／提出するs that it finds.
You can easily select one or more attachments and save all of them into the 願望（する）d folder, 同様に as you can 削除する unwanted large attachments that
take too much disk space in your mailbox.
You can also save the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of attachments into xml/html/text/csv とじ込み／提出する.

When you use the SaveDirect 方式, the attachments 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is saved 直接／まっすぐに to the disk, without 負担ing them into the memory first.
This means that you can save a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） with large 量 of attachment lines into your disk without any memory problem, as long as you have enough disk space to 蓄える／店 the saved とじ込み／提出する.

Using OutlookAttachView
OutlookAttachView doesn't 要求する any 取り付け・設備 過程 or 付加 dll とじ込み／提出するs.

If you have only one profile in your 見通し, and this profile doesn't 要求する any password, you can run
OutlookAttachView even without starting 見通し, and it'll automatically ざっと目を通す the mailbox of your 現在の 見通し profile.
さもなければ, it's recommended to open 見通し in the 権利 profile before starting OutlookAttachView.
After running OutlookAttachView, the 'MailBox ざっと目を通す 選択s' window will be 陳列する，発揮するd.
This window 許すs to choose to ざっと目を通す your mailbox only in 明確な／細部 dates 範囲.
After choosing 'Ok' in the 選択s window,
OutlookAttachView starts to ざっと目を通す your 見通し messages and 陳列する，発揮する the 設立する attachments in the main window of OutlookAttachView.
If you want to stop the ざっと目を通す 過程, 簡単に choose the 'Stop' menu.
After the scanning 過程 is finished, you can select one or more of your 大（公）使館員d とじ込み／提出するs, and copy them into the 願望（する）d folder, by using the 'Copy Selected とじ込み／提出するs To' 選択.
If have large attachments that you want to 削除する, you can use the '削除する Selected Attachments' 選択.
Be aware that when you use the 削除する 選択, only the attachment とじ込み／提出する is 削除するd. The message itself remains on your mailbox.
You can also use the 'Clean Selected Attachments' 選択 to clean most of the attachment content, but without 除去するing the attachment 入ること／参加（者）.
If you use this 選択, you'll still see the attachment 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d in your email message with small とじ込み／提出する size, but saving this attachment to a とじ込み／提出する will create a corrupted とじ込み／提出する.
Inline Attachments
Attachments embedded as a part of the message 団体／死体 are （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd as 'Inline Attachments'.
By default, OutlookAttachView doesn't 陳列する，発揮するs these inline attachments.
If you can't find the attachments you're looking for, you should try to turn on the 'Show Inline Attachments' 選択,
位置を示すd under the 選択s menu.
支配（する）／統制する The Filename 判型 of 抽出するd Attachment
When you 抽出する one or more attachments from your 見通し mailbox, you can 支配（する）／統制する
the way that the attach filename is 生成するd. By default, OutlookAttachView
use the に引き続いて 判型: %attach_name%.%拡張%, which means that the 生成するd
filename will only 含む／封じ込める the 初めの attachment 指名する and the とじ込み／提出する 拡張.
However, you can also use the に引き続いて special variables to 判型 the filename
によれば your needs:
- %attach_name% - The 初めの 指名する of the attachment.
- %拡張% - The 初めの とじ込み／提出する 拡張 of the attachment.
- %支配する% - The 支配する of the email 含む／封じ込めるs this attachment.
- %folder_name% - The folder 指名する of this email (Inbox, Sent Items, and so on)
- %from% - The sender of the email.
- %to% - The 'To' field of the email.
- %message_date% - Message 創造 date in yyyymmdd 判型.
- %message_time% - Message 創造 time in HHmmss 判型.
- %message_size% - Attachment size, in bytes.
- %folder_path% - 十分な folder path of this email. (For example: Personal Folder-Inbox)
- %folder_full_path% - 十分な folder path of this email, with '\' characters (For example: Personal Folder\Inbox).
You can use it to 生成する subfolders 同一の to the folders structure in 見通し. You also have to turn on the 'Create subfolders automatically' 選択.
- %msgdate:[判型]% - Message 創造 date (GMT), in any 判型 you need,

For example: If you want to 生成する the attachment filename with the 支配する, folder 指名する, and attach 指名する:

If you want to 生成する the attachment filename with the 支配する and attach 指名する and put the attachment in the same folder structure of 見通し (You have to turn on the 'Create subfolders automatically' 選択):

Be aware that some of the values are automatically truncated after 64 characters,

Scanning 見通し Attachments of 外部の PST とじ込み／提出するs
If you want to search an attachment in one or more PST とじ込み／提出するs that are not 負担d in your 見通し profile,
you can use the に引き続いて trick:
- Go to 支配（する）／統制する パネル盤 -> Mail and choose 'Show Profiles'
- Click '追加する' to create a new profile.
- Fill the email account （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） with 偽のd 詳細（に述べる）s (You can 削除する it afterwards)
- After the profile is created, 二塁打 click on the profile, and in the profile 所有物／資産／財産s, click 'Data とじ込み／提出するs' and
追加する the 願望（する）d PST とじ込み／提出するs that you wish to ざっと目を通す.
- Also, you can click the 'E-mail Accounts' button, and 除去する the 偽のd account that you 以前 created.
- In the Mailbox ざっと目を通す 選択s of OutlookAttachView, choose '許す me to choose the profile' in the 見通し Profile 選択.
- When you are asked to choose the profile, you should choose the profile that you created, and
OutlookAttachView will ざっと目を通す the PST とじ込み／提出するs that you 追加するd into it.

Save the 見通し attachments in SaveDirect 方式. For using with the other save 命令（する）-line 選択s ( /scomma, /を刺す, /sxml, and so on...)
When you use the SaveDirect 方式, the attachments 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is saved 直接／まっすぐに to the disk, without 負担ing them into the memory first.
This means that you can save a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） with large 量 of attachment lines into your disk without any memory problem, as long as you have enough disk space to 蓄える／店 the saved とじ込み／提出する.
The drawback of this 方式: You cannot sort the attachments によれば the column you choose with /sort 命令（する）-line 選択.

This 命令（する）-line 選択 can be used with other save 選択s for sorting by the 願望（する）d column.
If you don't 明示する this 選択, the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is sorted によれば the last sort that you made from the 使用者 interface.
The <column> parameter can 明示する the column 索引 (0 for the first column, 1 for the second column, and so on) or
the 指名する of the column, like "Filename" and "支配する".
You can 明示する the '~' prefix character (e.g: "~支配する") if you want to sort in descending order.
You can put 多重の /sort in the 命令（する）-line if you want to sort by 多重の columns.
