  • Open .NK2 とじ込み／提出する: Select the NK2 とじ込み／提出する to open for editing.

  • Backup 現在の NK2 とじ込み／提出する: Backup the NK2 that is 現在／一般に opened. The backup とじ込み／提出する is saved with the same NK2 filename, but with .NK2Edit.bak 拡張. For example, if the NK2 filename is Outlook1.NK2, the created backup filename will be 'Outlook1.NK2.NK2Edit.bak'.

  • New Email To Selected 接触するs: 許すs you to easily compose a new email message for the selected SMTP 演説（する）／住所s. The new message window is opened with your default email program.
  • Open Selected 演説（する）／住所 In 見通し: 許すs you to easily open the selected email 演説（する）／住所 in 見通し. If this email 演説（する）／住所 has an enrty inside the 演説（する）／住所 調書をとる／予約するs of your 見通し profile, this 演説（する）／住所 調書をとる／予約する 入ること／参加（者） will be 陳列する，発揮するd. さもなければ, 見通し will open a simple dialog-box with the 陳列する，発揮する 指名する and email 演説（する）／住所.

The email 演説（する）／住所s are sorted によれば the sent/received time of the message, so the 受取人s that you sent them messages recently will be 追加するd in a better position.
    By default, NK2Edit only ざっと目を通すs and 追加するs the email 演説（する）／住所s from the messages that you sent. You can also choose to 得る，とらえる email 演説（する）／住所s from the received messages, but using this 選択 may also 追加する email 演説（する）／住所s of spam/junk messages into your NK2 とじ込み／提出する.

  • Move Selected 記録，記録的な／記録するs Up:
  • Move Selected 記録，記録的な／記録するs 負かす／撃墜する: This 選択 only 作品 when the NK2 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is sorted by the 索引 value (You have to click on the '索引' column header). It moves the selected 記録，記録的な／記録するs up/負かす／撃墜する to change their position inside the NK2 とじ込み／提出する. You can use this 選択 to 始める，決める the order that the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs are 陳列する，発揮するd in the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する of 見通し. However, when you send a message from 見通し, 見通し automatically move the sent email to a new position, so the order you 始める，決める with these 選択s won't 固執する for long.

    Notice: When you change the order of the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs, it's recommended to 始める，決める the 負わせる values によれば the new 記録，記録的な／記録するs order. You can do it in 2 ways: by resetting all 負わせる values to 1 (see below) or by using the '始める，決める All 負わせる Values By 記録，記録的な／記録するs 索引' 選択.

  • Sort 索引 By 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する: Sort the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs so they'll appear in alphabetical order inside the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する of 見通し. However, be aware that when the 使用者 send messages with 見通し, 見通し automatically put the 目的地 email in the 最高の，を越す of the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs, and thus sorting the 記録，記録的な／記録するs with this 選択 won't 固執する for long time.

  • Sort Items By 負わせる Values: Sort the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs によれば their 負わせる values. It's recommended to use this 選択 after 合併するing 多重の NK2 とじ込み／提出するs into one.
  • Reset All 負わせる Values to 1: 簡単に 始める，決める the 負わせる value of all 記録，記録的な／記録するs to 初期の '1' value.
  • 始める，決める All 負わせる Values By 記録，記録的な／記録するs 索引: 始める，決める the 負わせる value of all 記録，記録的な／記録するs によれば the 現在の 記録，記録的な／記録するs 索引/order. This 選択 can be used after sorting the 記録，記録的な／記録するs with the other 選択s ( 'Move Selected 記録，記録的な／記録するs Up', 'Move Selected 記録，記録的な／記録するs 負かす／撃墜する', and 'Sort 索引 By 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する'), so the 負わせる values of all 記録，記録的な／記録するs will match the 記録，記録的な／記録するs order.

  • Find and Find Next: 簡単に find the 願望（する）d 記録，記録的な／記録する によれば the text you type. 作品 on both edit 方式s.

  • Copy As Tab Delimited: Copy the selected NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs to the clipboard in tab-delimited 判型. You can use this copy 選択 to paste the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） into Excel, but you cannot use it to copy 記録，記録的な／記録するs from one .NK2 とじ込み／提出する to another.
  • Copy As Emails 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）: Copy the selected NK2 emails to the clipboard as semicolon delimited 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） that can be used in the To/CC field of 見通し or other email ソフトウェア
  • Copy Emails Only: Copy the selected NK2 emails to the clipboard , each email in a separated line.
  • Paste: 簡単に paste the 記録，記録的な／記録するs you 以前 copied.

  • Raw Text Edit 方式: Special 方式 for 前進するd 使用者s that shows the content of the NK2 とじ込み／提出する in readable text 判型 that looks like the .ini とじ込み／提出する of Windows.

    決定するs how Nk2Edit should behave when you try to 追加する an email that already 存在するs in the NK2 記録，記録的な／記録するs:
    • Always 追加する New 記録，記録的な／記録するs: If this 選択 is selected, new emails are always 追加するd, even if they already 存在する, which means that duplicate 記録，記録的な／記録するs might be created.
    • If Email 存在するs - Overwrite: If this 選択 is selected, and you try to 追加する a new 記録，記録的な／記録する with email that already 存在するs, your new 記録，記録的な／記録する will overwrite the 存在するing 記録，記録的な／記録する with the same email.
    • If Email 存在するs - Don't 追加する: If this 選択 is selected, and you try to 追加する a new 記録，記録的な／記録する with email that already 存在するs, your new 記録，記録的な／記録する will be discarded.

  • Automatically Backup On First Save: If this 選択 is selected, NK2Edit automatically creates a backup when you overwrite 存在するing NK2 in the first time.
  • Overwrite Question Before Every Save: If this 選択 is selected, NK2Edit ask you whether you want to overwrite the 存在するing とじ込み／提出する before any save. If this question is annoying for you, you can turn it off.
  • Ask Before Any 削除する: If this 選択 is selected, NK2Edit ask you whether you want to 削除する 記録，記録的な／記録するs. If this question is annoying for you, you can turn it off.
  • Ask Before Discard Changes: If this 選択 is selected, and you try to 出口 or open another NK2 とじ込み／提出する after you made some changes in the 現在の とじ込み／提出する, NK2Edit will ask you whether you want to discard the changes. If 'Save Question Instead of Discard Question' 選択 is turned on, NK2Edit will ask you whether you want to save your changes.
  • Save Question Instead of Discard Question: If this 選択 is turned on, and you try to 出口 or open another NK2 とじ込み／提出する after you made some changes in the 現在の とじ込み／提出する, NK2Edit will ask you whether you want to save the changes in the 現在の nk2 とじ込み／提出する. If this 選択 is turned off, NK2Edit will ask you whether you want to discard the changes.
  • Error Messages On とじ込み／提出する Open: If you turn off this 選択 (By default, it's turned on), NK2Edit won't 陳列する，発揮する error messages when you open corrupted .nk2 とじ込み／提出する with 行方不明の 記録，記録的な／記録するs or other errors.

  • Use SMTP 演説（する）／住所 In AutoFill Feature: This feature 影響する／感情s the way that NK2Edit automatically fills the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する and the Search String of EX 記録，記録的な／記録するs. If it's turned on, NK2Edit will use the SMTP 演説（する）／住所 to fill the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する and the Search String. If it's turned off, MK2Edit will use the 交流 account 指名する.
    For example: If this 選択 is turned on, the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する will be 'Nir Sofer <nirsofer@nirsoft.逮捕する>'. If this 選択 is turned off, the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する will be 'Nir Sofer <NIRS>'.
  • EX 記録，記録的な／記録するs AutoFill - 減少（する） 追跡するing Numbers: This feature 影響する／感情s the way that NK2Edit automatically fills the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する and the Search String of EX 記録，記録的な／記録するs. If this 選択 is turned on, 追跡するing numbers are dropped from the 使用者 指名する inside the 交流 string.
    For example: if the 交流 email string is "/o=First Organization/ou=交流 行政の Group/cn=受取人s/cn=John Doe234", NK2Edit will 始める，決める the 'Search String' field to John Doe (instead of John Doe234) and the 減少（する）-負かす／撃墜する 指名する field to John Doe <John Doe> (Instead of John Doe <John Doe234>)
  • 追加する Header Line To CSV/Tab-Delimited とじ込み／提出する: If this 選択 is selected, header line 含む／封じ込めるing the column 指名するs is 追加するd when you 輸出（する） to csv or tab-delimited とじ込み／提出する. This 選択 also 影響する／感情s the 支配（する）／統制する 中心 window.
  • 示す Duplicate 記録，記録的な／記録するs: If this 選択 is selected, duplicate 記録，記録的な／記録するs with the same 陳列する，発揮する 指名する or email 演説（する）／住所 are 示すd with the same color.
  • Associate .nk2 拡張 With NK2Edit: If this 選択 is selected, the .nk2 拡張 inside Windows Explorer is associated with NK2Edit, which means that NK2 とじ込み／提出するs with be 陳列する，発揮するd with the icon of NK2Edit and when you 二塁打-click on NK2 とじ込み／提出する, it'll be opened with NK2Edit.
    Be aware that this 選択 is irrelevant for 見通し 2010, because 見通し 2010 saves the AutoComplete とじ込み／提出するs with .dat 拡張 instead of nk2 拡張. Also, be aware that the とじ込み／提出する 協会 is made only for the 現在の 使用者 (HKEY_CURRENT_USER Registry 重要な)
