Description
IPNetInfo is a small 公共事業（料金）／有用性 that 許すs you to easily find all 利用できる （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about an IP 演説（する）／住所:
The owner of the IP 演説（する）／住所, the country/明言する／公表する 指名する, IP 演説（する）／住所s 範囲, 接触する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）
(演説（する）／住所, phone, fax, and email), and more.
This 公共事業（料金）／有用性 can be very useful for finding the origin of unsolicited mail.
You can 簡単に copy the message headers from your email ソフトウェア and paste them into
IPNetInfo 公共事業（料金）／有用性. IPNetInfo automatically 抽出するs all IP 演説（する）／住所s from the message headers, and
陳列する，発揮するs the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about these IP 演説（する）／住所s.
How does it work ?
The IP 演説（する）／住所 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） is retrieved by sending a request to the whois server of
ARIN. If ARIN doesn't 持続する the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about the requested IP 演説（する）／住所, a
second request is sent to the whois server of RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC or AfriNIC.
After the IP 演説（する）／住所 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） is retrieved, IPNetInfo 分析するs the Whois 記録，記録的な／記録する and 陳列する，発揮するs
it in a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
Notice: From time to time, the WHOIS server of ARIN is 負かす／撃墜する and doesn't 答える／応じる to WHOIS requests from IPNetInfo,

Using IPNetInfo
IPNetInfo is standalone program, so it doesn't 要求する any 取り付け・設備 過程 or 付加 DLLs.

any folder you like, and run it.
When you run IPNetInfo, the "Choose IP 演説（する）／住所s" window appears.
You have to type one or more IP 演説（する）／住所s separated by comma, space, or CRLF characters.
If you want to find the origin of email message that you received, copy the entire
message header to the clipboard, and then click the "Paste" button.

You should not select this 選択 for message headers.

In most email messages, the last IP 演説（する）／住所 in the message headers is the 演説（する）／住所 of the computer that sent
the message. So if you select this 選択 for message headers, you'll get the 願望（する）d IP 演説（する）／住所 in most 事例／患者s (but not in all of them !).
However, for finding the origin of unsolicited mail, it's not recommended to use this 選択,
because many spammers 追加する 偽の headers and IP 演説（する）／住所s ーするために deceive the 使用者 who tries to trace them.
When you try to trace the origin of unsolicited mail, you should 診察する all IP 演説（する）／住所s that appears in the message headers.
After choosing the 願望（する）d 選択s and IP 演説（する）／住所s, click the '承認する' button in order
to start retrieving the IP 演説（する）／住所s （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）.
After the data is retrieved,
the upper pane 陳列する，発揮するs a nice 要約 of all IP 演説（する）／住所s that you requested,
含むing the owner 指名する, country, 網状組織 指名する, IP 演説（する）／住所s 範囲, 接触する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, and more.
You can 見解（をとる） this 要約 in your browser as HTML 報告（する）／憶測, copy it to the clipboard, or
save it as text/HTML/XML とじ込み／提出する.
When you click a particular item in the upper pane, the lower pane 陳列する，発揮するs the
初めの WHOIS 記録，記録的な／記録する. You can copy the 初めの WHOIS 記録，記録的な／記録するs to the clipboard,
or save them to text とじ込み／提出する by using "Save Whois 記録，記録的な／記録するs" 選択.
Notice:
The IP 演説（する）／住所s 要約 in the upper pane 陳列する，発揮するs only 部分的な／不平等な （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）,
If you want to 接触する the owner of IP 演説（する）／住所 for 報告（する）／憶測ing about spam/乱用

Translating IPNetInfo to other languages
IPNetInfo 許すs you to easily translate all menus, dialog-boxes, and other strings
to other languages.

- Run IPNetInfo with /savelangfile parameter:
ipnetinfo.exe /savelangfile

- Open the created language とじ込み／提出する in Notepad or in any other text editor.
- Translate all menus, dialog-boxes, and string 入ること／参加（者）s to the 願望（する）d language.
Optionally, you can also 追加する your 指名する and/or a link to your Web 場所／位置. (TranslatorName and TranslatorURL values)
If you 追加する this （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, it'll be used in the 'About' window.
- After you finish the translation, Run IPNetInfo, and all translated
