Description
IPInfoOffline 許すs you to 見解（をとる） （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about IP 演説（する）／住所s, without connecting any 外部の server.
It uses a compressed IP 演説（する）／住所s database that is 蓄える／店d inside the exe とじ込み／提出する.

Using IPInfoOffline
IPInfoOffline doesn't 要求する any 取り付け・設備 過程 or 付加 DLL とじ込み／提出するs.

IP-場所 とじ込み／提出するs from https://github.com/sapics/ip-場所-db.
You can use all 3 types of CSV とじ込み／提出するs: Country, City, and ASN.
Both IPv4 and IPv6 とじ込み／提出するs are supported.
ーするために use these とじ込み／提出するs, 簡単に download the 願望（する）d とじ込み／提出するs and put them in the same folder of IPInfoOffline.exe with their 初めの filename (For example: asn-country-ipv4.csv , asn-ipv4.csv, asn-ipv6.csv)
Starting from 見解／翻訳／版 1.50, you can use the CSV 判型 of the GeoLite2 City database.
You should download the GeoLite2 City in CSV 判型 (GeoLite2-City-CSV.zip) and then 抽出する the に引き続いて とじ込み／提出するs into the folder of IPInfoOffline.exe:

/AddCountry 命令（する）-Line 選択
/AddCountry is a unique 命令（する）-line 選択 that 許すs you to 注入する country 指名する for each IP 演説（する）／住所 設立する inside the text とじ込み／提出する
that you 明示する. This 命令（する）-line 選択 can be useful for 追加するing country （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） for the 生産（高） tracert and other 網状組織 関係のある 道具s.
The usage of /AddCountry is very simple:
/AddCountry [Source Filename] [目的地 Filename]
If you don't 明示する the second parameter, the result will be saved into the source filename.
Example for using /AddCountry:
tracert -d www.nirsoft.逮捕する > c:\temp\trace1.txt
IPInfoOffline.exe /AddCountry "c:\temp\trace1.txt"
Translating IPInfoOffline to other languages
ーするために translate IPInfoOffline to other language, follow the 指示／教授／教育s below:
- Run IPInfoOffline with /savelangfile parameter:
IPInfoOffline.exe /savelangfile
A とじ込み／提出する 指名するd IPInfoOffline_lng.ini will be created in the folder of IPInfoOffline 公共事業（料金）／有用性.
- Open the created language とじ込み／提出する in Notepad or in any other text editor.
- Translate all string 入ること／参加（者）s to the 願望（する）d language.
Optionally, you can also 追加する your 指名する and/or a link to your Web 場所／位置.
(TranslatorName and TranslatorURL values) If you 追加する this （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, it'll be
used in the 'About' window.
- After you finish the translation, Run IPInfoOffline, and all translated
strings will be 負担d from the language とじ込み／提出する.
If you want to run IPInfoOffline without the translation, 簡単に 改名する the language とじ込み／提出する, or move
it to another folder.
